Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
